What will one purchase include?
The planned purchase covers one personal rap video with generated vocals and music, tied to the lyric version you confirm. Before payment, the quote must state the supported duration, resolution, format, number of videos, credit cost, retention period and usage rights. These specifications and prices are not established yet.
Can I change the lyrics before making a video?
Yes. Manually write, edit and confirm your lyrics before any paid video generation. Saving edits does not spend credits. AI lyric drafting is not available yet; no free AI drafting allowance has been established.
Will a remake cost extra?
A new generation after a completed video is planned as a separate paid creation, even if the lyrics stay the same. Edits do not change an existing video. A new quote must be reviewed before a remake. Missing or technically defective deliveries should be reported to support for review.
What if music succeeds but the video fails?
A video purchase is only fulfilled by the promised complete video. An intermediate audio file alone does not count as delivery. Under the planned rules, a confirmed failed attempt releases reserved credits or returns deducted credits to your AIRapMaker balance. A pending or uncertain result must be checked before another potentially paid attempt.
How will a cash refund work?
A balance return is not an automatic cash refund. A cash refund is a separate support request for the relevant order and, if approved, returns to the original payment method. Eligibility and the process must be published before checkout opens. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Are prices, video quality or commercial rights confirmed?
No prices, free video allowance, fixed duration, resolution, lip-sync guarantee, delivery-time guarantee or commercial-use license have been established. One-time purchases are planned. Final options depend on real output, costs, provider rights and payment validation.
