How AIRapMaker handles accounts, Google sign-in, stories and lyrics.
Your AIRapMaker account
We store your name, email address, authentication provider, sign-in sessions and account activity to operate and protect your account. AIRapMaker accounts and data are independent from other services. Password sign-in uses a password hash rather than storing your password in plain text.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, email address, name and profile picture to create or authenticate your AIRapMaker account. We request only openid, email and profile permissions. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or Calendar. Google account data is used for authentication and account operation, not to train AI models. Google also handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy.
Your stories and lyrics
We save the stories, names, scenario choices and lyric versions you submit so you can return to your rap projects. These records require account authorization and are not published by default. The current preview does not submit your content to a commercial music or video generation provider.
Photo previews on this device
Choosing a photo stores a local preview in this browser on this device. It is not uploaded, sent to a model provider, saved in your account or made public. Photo previews can be restored for 7 days; expired previews are removed when accessed. Use Remove photo in the same tool and account to delete its local preview, or clear this site’s browser data. Changing devices requires choosing the photo again.
Hosting and service records
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private media storage. Operational logs, account activity and support tickets help us investigate errors and protect the service. Authorized administrators can access records needed to provide support. Real checkout, music and video generation are currently disabled; this preview does not collect payment card details.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies keep you signed in, and browser storage preserves unfinished work. Where available, a first-visit cookie records campaign labels, referring domain, country and landing-page path to understand registrations. Optional usage analytics requires your permission in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In other recognized countries it can start automatically; an unknown location keeps it off until you allow it. You can change or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. We use our own event records and Google Analytics to measure page visits, sample playback, creation steps, registrations and notification subscriptions. Events contain fixed template labels and sanitized page paths, never your photo, name, email, story, lyrics, project ID or reset token. Declining analytics does not affect product features. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Advertising signals and automatic form tracking are disabled.
Video launch notifications
If you explicitly subscribe on a template page, we save that notification preference with your AIRapMaker account. Signing up or saving a story does not subscribe you. The preference is for one launch announcement for that template at your account email; delivery requires a verified address. You can cancel on the same template page. We do not send launch campaigns automatically during this preview.
Access, deletion and questions
For account access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, sign in and open a support ticket. We may retain security, support or billing records where needed to investigate errors or meet legal obligations. You can also remove AIRapMaker access through your Google Account; this does not itself delete records already saved in AIRapMaker.
